Established   in 2003,Shandong Huayun New Material Co.,Ltd. is specialized in the production of galvanized steel sheet, color coated steel sheet, printing steel plate, embossed steel plate and a household appliance steel plate.

      Our company covers an area of about 180 thousand square meters, with total assets of RMB 439 million.Our annual sales income is RMB 1.81 billion and tax is RMB 150 million.In 2004 our company was awarded in the hi-tech enterprises in Shandong Province and had been entitled to engage in the import and export business.We also passed the approval of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 9001 Quantity Management System in 2007. Our company’s management level had been greatly improved.

 The design and major equipments of our color-coated steel plate production line with and annual capacity of 10 ten thousand tons are provided by Korea GALVATEC Company. We have adopted bi-painting and bi-drying coating technology during the production of this product and the manufacturing facility is one of the most advanced production equipment in ShandongProvince at present.The stability and accuracy of the equipment ensures the quality of top products. The PLC automatic controlling system provides guarantee for automatic and continuous operation of the color coating strip, whose thickness range is 0.14—1.6mm and width range 800—1250mm.
