For F.R. block, the steam plates are coated with special Teflon to ensure the material not easy to be stick with the plates.

For F.R. block, the raw material silo has the mixing function, this can ensure the uniformity of the filling. This is very important for F.R. EPS material.

In the chamber there is a separation plate to separate one big block into two blocks. And the two blocks are weighting separately and be recorded separately. It saved cutting step when block out of the chamber.

The outfeed racks are equipped with automatic transferring line to drying room as an option. It means that there is no need of manual operation from block shaping to block drying. This saves much labor cost.

A: The machine has the automatic weighting system, every block is weighted when out. The gravity data is input in the PLC, if the gravity is out of tolerance, there will be an alarm.

A: +/-2mm in three directions ( Length, Width, Height).
