Working principle: 1.DY ultrasonic vibrating screen is a kind of new type, high efficient screening machine. 2.The ultrasonic vibrating screen system components are ultrasonic power source ,electric transducer and syntonic ring. 3.The transducer transfer the high frequency electric vibration produced ultrasonic control device to high frequency sine style lengthways vibration wave. 4.It passes the vibration wave to the syntonic ring in order to produce sympathetic vibration ,and the vibration to the screen surface average. 5.At the same time the materials on the surface are doing low frequency vibration. Add the ultrasonic vibration, and the screen block will be avoided successfully and improve the capacity and productivity.
